The hotel's new and nice, with a good location in the Haidian district. The massage center was a nice touch and the food was good. the room I stayed in was very comfortable and had a nice street view.
The staff's English skills need improvement. It was difficult to find someone who could understand me.

Additionally, it is situated in the mountains near Beijing, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with on-demand TV and movies available in English. Guests also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially the one person at the lobby who spoke English.
Some staff members at the hotel struggled with their English skills, which made communication difficult at times.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience that surpassed my expectations. the room amenities were exclusive and fulfilled all of my needs. the bar/lounge area was stunning and offered a wide range of drinks. the private facilities were perfect for relaxing. the location advantages allowed me to explore the famous attractions nearby.
Although the service was friendly and accommodating, there was a minor issue with the restaurant. the menu could have had more international choices, however, the food quality was exceptional.
